They are prepared from 100% natural ingredients and are free from preservatives. This product is sold in trays containing 4 merguez sausages.

SALMON 69%, Alaskan HAKE 19%, water, preservative, salt, WHEAT fibre, garlic, colouring: paprika; Ras el Hanout (coriander, turmeric, cumin, caraway, chilli pepper, salt, fenugreek, fennel, garlic, mixes of a variety of spices), vinegar powder, cumin, coriander, hot pepper, pepper.

Product best enjoyed cooked through immediately after opening. Cook for 3 minutes on each side, on the barbecue or plancha.

Store chilled at between 0°C and +2°C
